They are so nice but they lie to your face. One of the guys told me that the cabin filter was moldy due to the color of the filter but the filter is actually a grey color because it's a charcoa One of the guys told me that the cabin filter was moldy due to the color of the filter but the filter is actually a grey color because it's a charcoal filter. The other air filter, they said was completely dirty and needing to be replaced but when checked by me, it was clean. I then went in 4 times to get a tire fixed with the warranty, they told me they fixed it each time, but actually made it worse. Then on the 3rd time they said I needed to buy 2 new tires but the tread depth was rechecked by Discount Tire and was still in the green. When you buy a used car and they write out what they promised to fix, they still try to get out of it and treat you badly when you ask nicely to get it fixed. When I paid for an additional key, it took 6 weeks to get. When I told them I would return the car if I didn't get the key extra key, they had it that afternoon. There were holes in the seat from the previous owner that I asked them to fix and have it in writing but they only did a few. They refuse to do the rest. When they showed me the car facts history it showed that the car had not been in a wreck, turns out it was but they 3rd partied the repair themselves. I asked to get the info because the paint is flaking, but the only response I get is that they 3rd partied the repair out because they do not do paint and body in house. More

I brought both my Sequoia and Highlander in for service. The Sequoia required my transmission to be serviced and the Highlander needed my battery checked. Fortunately, the battery had 1 week left on the war The Sequoia required my transmission to be serviced and the Highlander needed my battery checked. Fortunately, the battery had 1 week left on the warranty. No problem. The battery was replaced under warranty. Both Mick and Cesar kept me appraised of the status of the service.
