I had to return after the evaporator for my air conditioning was installed. The car wasn't cooling sufficiently. They checked everything over a couple of days, but they were unable to recreate th conditioning was installed. The car wasn't cooling sufficiently. The only thing that I can think of was that the temperature outside was a lot cooler than the day I had the problem. Kevin was very considerate and kept me informed. Thanks to everyone involved. More

Sam was great. I had a recall on my Venza so, after confirming my system was part of that recall, the services techs ordered the parts needed to make the fix. Sam called me the day the parts arrived to schedule an appointment to make the repairs. I brought the car in to the service department early one morning, chatted with Sam to let him know I would be shopping around the area and he should give me a call when the car was ready. Two and a half hours I got the call from Sam that my car was ready and picked it up and departed. Toyota of Rockwall service has been great to work with and Sam, my advisor, is a great communicator and excellent at hi job. More
