Normally I would give a great review, and the reason I pay extra to go here is because I know they look my car over and it gets washed and vacuumed. When I brought it in, the gas light had just come on. They told me it would be an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. That was fine, I had work to do. I don't think I was there 15 minutes when they called my name. They said they rushed it due to the fact that my gas light was on. If I wanted it rushed, I would have taken it to a cheap oil change location. I left still paying $75 and with a dirty car and I know they didn't look my car over because I know of an obvious thing that needs to be done that was never mentioned. Normally I'm very satisfied...but not this time. They should leave it up to me if I want to chance running out of gas, which I know I still had 15-20 miles to go. More

The customer service from everyone was very friendly and attentive. I went in for an oil service, and someone was there to greet me as soon as I pulled in. My car was done in less then 45 minutes.
