Very polite service The employee checking with customers in the waiting area was a nice touch. Low score is due to not solving or providing an alternative to my problem. I was told that the parts to complete the recall were on backorder, with no idea if and when the parts would be available. Really? Is that how Toyota responds to national safety recalls. The only reason I rated the dealership 4 out of 5 stars is because while I was there I was told that I needed services that had previously been made. When I brought it up to Sam’s attention, he looked it u is because while I was there I was told that I needed services that had previously been made. When I brought it up to Sam’s attention, he looked it up and found out that the mechanic put the information on a different form. God only knows how many people been told that they needed work that was previously completed. I like to think that this was human error and not intentional. Please give your employees a refresher course on the proper forms, and to look out for future human error. I do recommend this dealership especially Sam Heidel and Kaila the cashier. They were both very professional. Much appreciated. More
My Highlander broke down at 5:30 Friday evening and Mick stayed after 6 to check me in. Saturday they diagnosed the problem and ordered the replacement part.
