My last service appointment wasnt the worst but it wasnt good either.... i dropped my truck off at 7am and left it there a majority of the day so i wouldnt have to wait and i co wasnt the worst but it wasnt good either.... i dropped my truck off at 7am and left it there a majority of the day so i wouldnt have to wait and i could go do everything else in dallas i needed to do because i live 80miles from dallas anyways. So about 4pm i pick my truck up and they proceed to tell me they didnt top off my washer fluid (i knew i needed some because i used it alot but the light wasnt on so it “ wasnt necessary”) then i noticed that all of my tires were atleast 9lbs over inflated and also my truck wasnt washed and vacumed wich i thought every service customer got the “ conplimentary wash”. Either way it wont stop me from coming to get my vehicle serviced but i can promise one thing i wont let it slide next time. Sorry to be a complainer but i feel like these are necessary things that need to be addressed. Thanks by the way just wanted to give a major thumbs up to my sales guy Ken Campbell. He is a super awesome guy. More

Vehicle add on/ upgrades during Purchasing a new vehicle I requested and purchased as part of my deal several upgrades. This place is the worst Brought my car into Toyota of Rockwall where they wouldn’t take the extra 1000 dollar service plan that I didn’t want off the final total of my car. My maintenance light came on for an oil change, that’s supposed to be included in the service plan, and the service writer told me that it was every 10,000 miles instead of when the car says. They washed my car and it wasn’t even clean. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. More
