Routine car maintenance I scheduled Toyota Rockwall for routine 15K car service. Once there Mick realized my 10K car service (which I believed had been done at Toyota Richar I scheduled Toyota Rockwall for routine 15K car service. Once there Mick realized my 10K car service (which I believed had been done at Toyota Richardson when my car was at the shop for repairs) had not been done. We contacted Toyota Richardson body shop and they reported my car had been taken to the maintenance center, but there was no indication the service had actually been completed. Toyota Rockwall did the car maintenance for 10K and 15K. I was impressed and pleased with the due diligence of Rockwall Toyota and Mick. I will return to Toyota Rockwall for future car service. More

Disappointed My service rep NEVER communicated with me of what services they were doing. After about 30 minutes I went to him to ask. I asked about balancing my ti My service rep NEVER communicated with me of what services they were doing. After about 30 minutes I went to him to ask. I asked about balancing my tires because of vibration in steering wheel. He said I would have “get back in line” and add about 60-90 minutes to my wait time. When I got my car there were grease smudges in several areas on the outside, paper mat still down, AC was turned to coldest setting, key fob was taken apart, and the maintenance message not reset. I usually have excellent service where the rep takes me in his office, explains what is due, optional services and gives me a price breakdown. That never happened with this guy. I did talk with service manager and said he would address all areas and apologized. More
