Left my 4Runner at the dealership for a simple balance and rotate, $100. I return 3 hours later, pick up my car and nothing was done - tires weren’t rotated, the air pressure wasn’t even checked. I took my vehicle here for the check engine light coming on and it’s under warranty. They took my vehicle back and after about an hour they told me it indicated that my truck was running lean. He said if you want we can take apart the vehicle but you would have to leave it here and have someone pick you up. 2nd if we take it apart and animals have eaten up parts inside then it will void your warranty and cost you a lot. I told them to get me my truck back and I would take it somewhere else. They were about to lie about my truck to void my warranty. I would stay away from her. More

So when I showed up the service advisor eventually came out after I sat there for awhile. It seems that the service advisors are hesitant to come out. She then asked if I was waiting and I said yes. She confirmed the last 4 of my phone number and said she would send me a text when my truck was ready. After approximately 2 hours she came over to the waiting area and said my truck was ready. After signing the paperwork and my truck being pulled around I left. As I was leaving the dealership my wife called and said she had just seen a text from almost an hour earlier saying my truck was ready. I guess that’s a hour I will never get back. I also don’t understand how brake parts ordered in August for a TSB are still not in for the repair, the squealing is getting old. More
