This place is always a horrible experience, even when my truck was under warranty. My engine was almost destroyed because of the “service” or lack of received. I started hearing weird noises so I took it by truck was under warranty. My engine was almost destroyed because of the “service” or lack of received. I started hearing weird noises so I took it by my house and they showed how all the previous “work” was not completed and could’ve caused major damage to an almost brand new truck. Neglect, lies, all around will never bring my truck back to this place. The recall visit was the final straw, horrible service, wasted my time to correct nothing. Go to another dealership! Love my Toyota but this place doesn’t. More
