First when asked if you would price match another Toyota Dealership oil change I was advised no and I should take my vehicle to the other dealer to perform My service. Then when I mentioned of other concern Dealership oil change I was advised no and I should take my vehicle to the other dealer to perform My service. Then when I mentioned of other concerns that I had on my vehicle the advisor tells me to mention it to him after the vehicle is done. However when my vehicle was done my assign Advisor was not the there and thus another advisor had to check me out. This was my first time having any kind of vehicle service my your dealership and probably the last time as the service was not up to standards. Listen to the customer regarding major concerns on a new vehicle. As a prior Toyota Service Manager the experience I had was poor. More
