I was pleased with the repair work done on my car. I was disappointed that I had to call back 2 days before the work was done to find out the part had come in but no one had informed me. Nothing to say , i am not going back there and may not buy toyota agian. Cashiers are rude and did not seem they resovled the issue with the car. So . .. After waiting over 10 months for my 2nd Key FOB for my new Camry, I was told that Toyota of Rockwall's laser engraver was down and they could give .. Came in told them there was a problem with my hybrid battery. They said there was nothing wrong with it but suggested that I replace my 12v battery also got a tune up. $1200.00. Two weeks later I needed to replace my hybrid battery. I feel like this men and women who work on vehicles don't no anything unless a computer tells them something. They can't use common sense to diagnose the problem. I told the service advisor that my miles per gallon had gone from 34.7 mpg to 27.7 mpg. I have brough my Camry to Rockwall Toyota from the time a bought it, no one else has touched it. I will be rethinking this decision going forward. More
I wouldn't purchase another vehicle from them because they are not honest regarding maintenance needs. I was charged $300 for some unnecessary repairs that weren;t due until 45k miles.
