My 3 star review is for the dealership overall - but my last visit was 1 star. Usually I would rate a 5 star for this dealership since in the past their service has been great and I have been loyal to the last visit was 1 star. My last visit however, I made an appointment and showed up on time but cars behind and beside me were getting serviced and attention but after waiting around 15 minutes I had to say something before anyone came out to talk to me. I just needed a tire rotation. So I waited almost 2 hours, and while in the waiting area, no one talked to me like normal. When my car was ready, I got a text but again no one talked to me - no customer service. Usually I have 2 or 3 interactions with customer service but this time was 0. More

The entire staff at Toyota of Rockwall is excellent . I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. The service dept is great about keeping you updated on the progress of your vehicle.
