Incredible experience. Carl went above and beyond! my car started having issues on a Friday evening so of course Saturday appointments were booked, but Carl told us to brin Carl went above and beyond! my car started having issues on a Friday evening so of course Saturday appointments were booked, but Carl told us to bring it in anyway and he would personally take care of us. It was an issue that needed a multitude of tests so he got me in a nice rental car immediately. He stayed in constant communication with us and was thorough with his tests and had found that I received bad gas from a station. He showed compassion and walked us through the steps of what to do in this situation and held our hand every step of the way. They got my car fixed up quickly and it’s now running great! This is a great dealership. But everytime I’ve taken my cars here there has been something not put back the way it was found. Like asking to put air in my tires and not puttin But everytime I’ve taken my cars here there has been something not put back the way it was found. Like asking to put air in my tires and not putting the caps back on valves. Or being there for an oil change and leaving the under carry with screws loose that resulted in it dragging while I’m on the highway. The technicians do half-a$s work. I’ve had friends take their cars here and have stuff stolen from their cars. I’ve purchased 3 cars from this places. All brand new. The folks inside are amazing but the folks working outside on the cars leave a bad taste in my mouth. More
Service was good. I’m surprised the shuttle service doesn’t just use gps to map a route to your home so you don’t have to tell them every turn.
