Service advisor Sam did not listen to my concerns nor were they addressed while I visited the dealership. I was just told that the 60,000 mile service was the best price even though it was over $300 yet were they addressed while I visited the dealership. I was just told that the 60,000 mile service was the best price even though it was over $300 yet they did not fix my bumper that was loose. I have never had such a horrible experience like this where my concerns were just brushed aside and ignored so I will never come back to Toyota rockwall for any services or sales and will also not recommend this place to the people I know.
