I just went through a tough issue with my car and the guys at Toyota could not have been more friendly and understanding about the damage these mice had done to my car. It was enough to boggle the mind. guys at Toyota could not have been more friendly and understanding about the damage these mice had done to my car. It was enough to boggle the mind. These little boogers chewed through three of the four seat belts and they found multiple nests and feces in the knooks and crannies. The further they investigated, the worse it got. But, they were extremely straight forward and communicative about each part of the process AND the cost, as it mounted up. It ended up being a $4000 fix. Thank Goodness insurance covered it. But, they were willing to go the extra mile and initiated the idea of doing preventative measures so we could hopefully prevent it happening again. This was already the second time around this issue in one year at the same amount of cost. They informed me that the prevention part was not going to be covered by my insurance...that was fine...whatever. This really needs to stop. They sent me a VIDEO via TEXT showing me my car and the damage that had been done. To successfully screen off the points of entry the mice were taking, they had to practically take the body of the car apart. This all gave a great sense of transparency with the service department. Charles Alvarez was my agent and he was very sweet and wanted to do anything he could to help me through this. I was there to pick the car up and Charles noticed a glitch in the lights and they realized there was another repair to do so he gave me a loaner car. Called me the next day with an update...turns out there was a part to order and it ended up being a few days. Anyway, through the whole thing they was helpful, friendly and on my side...at least it felt like that. More

This dealership is where I have bought 2 Toyotas I live in Albuquerque but they have had the vehicles I was looking for and have been serviced well with the exception of one issue on my 2026 RAV4 Phev con in Albuquerque but they have had the vehicles I was looking for and have been serviced well with the exception of one issue on my 2026 RAV4 Phev contacted the dealer but didn’t get any answers to my issue Went to Larry Miller in Albuquerque after giving the Santa Fe dealer 3 weeks Larry Miller initial service person wasn’t able to answer either but Larry Miller has a master technician Yoshi who took time and went thru until he found the correction to solve the issue am just grateful Toyota has a few Master technicians that go out and solve problems The Santa Fe site doesn’t seem to have one of them More
