I'd recommend this dealer with caveats. They continually try to upsell me on services I don't need (both per the owner's manual and in consultation with other, non-dealer mechanics), AND th They continually try to upsell me on services I don't need (both per the owner's manual and in consultation with other, non-dealer mechanics), AND they have now instituted a 3% fee for using a credit card. I expressed my displeasure with the new fee if I choose to use a credit card. The service tech said it was a corporate Toyota decision, not a local dealer decision. I'm not sure I believe that. In any case, beware of being continually pressured to have services done that are not necessary, and of this new (August 2025) credit card fee. More
