World-Class Toyota Dealership Just Around the Corner With all of the new cars we have purchased in the past, we had no idea just how fantastic the Beaver Toyota dealership would be when we first walked i With all of the new cars we have purchased in the past, we had no idea just how fantastic the Beaver Toyota dealership would be when we first walked into the showroom. After looking at Toyota Camry models without success in our home town of Albuquerque, we decided to venture one hour north and to our great surprise, found a truly world-class dealership in Beaver Toyota. Our world-class sales professional was Brent Buell who instantly created a no-pressure zone around the entire process of purchasing our new Camry XLE. Never before have we EVER had that kind of a fantastic experience in purchasing a new vehicle! Brent is clearly guided by the principle of finding the right car for his clients at a price that works for both the client and the dealership. We literally can't overstate what a pleasure it was to work with Brent. Because of all the features we were looking for, we were not easy clients. Brent even searched the dealership's Toyota sales region which includes several states and provided us with information on other available Camrys. Then he pointed out a Camry with all the features we wanted -- plus a couple more. Then he worked with the dealership to make that Camry ours at a truly fair price! And then there is Sandra Navarro! So just when we thought that Brent was probably the only great professional in the dealership, we met with Sandra to work out the final financing details of our purchase. As it turns out, Sandra is another world-class professional at the dealership, as she carefully yet efficiently walked us through all the options and details of the sale. Then we actually took delivery of the car and found that the preparation of our new Camry was truly great as well. It was at this point that we were convinced that most everyone and everything at Beaver Toyota is done at a truly exceptional level. We have purchased four new vehicles at Beaver over the past 10 years, two Corollas, one Tacoma, and very recently, a Rav. I've rated the service department as great because they are - we appreciate the s past 10 years, two Corollas, one Tacoma, and very recently, a Rav. I've rated the service department as great because they are - we appreciate the staffs' knowledge and professionalism, and their willingness to go "above and beyond" to make sure we are satisfied with their work. The service department is a complementary added benefit to purchasing a vehicle from Beaver, because their sales staff and management is also great - they keep us coming back as a happy customer. They too are very professional, but also warm, friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection, and negotiations are always carried out in a positive manner. It is a pleasure doing business with Beaver. More

My daughter brought our 2013 toyota corolla in for its 5000 mile service. Our car had unfortunately had been damaged on the front divers door a very visible dent. My daughter exited through the passenger side which was witnessed by the service tech yet he yanked the drivers door open which was damaged and the window shattered. The service manger stated that he would not replace window since the door was already damaged but they would sell us a window replaecment at cost which turns out to be $40 more than estimates i received from other dealers. When we asked to speak to owner or general manager we were told they dont take complaints. If you are a female avoid the service center in this facility. Take it to another toyota dealership. More
