The salesman, Juan Acosta, went out of his way to accommodate us! He was very friendly and helpful. He took his time to go over all the features of the RAV4 to make sure we understood and were comf accommodate us! He was very friendly and helpful. The Toyota financial manager, James Bayless , was great and he was able to get all the required paperwork completed. Both Juan and James stayed late to complete the process!! More
