Paid 148.00 diagnostic fee for an 890.00 estimate to replace water pump. Took vehicle to another garage and problem was fixed for 120.00 by replacing a gasket. I brought my 2016 Highlander in for what could have been a very costly repair. My service advisor and technicians were very careful about making sure the repair was actually needed.
