I was looking for a new vehicle, but I was sure what my approval chances would be. I wasn't very optimistic about getting approved. Then Ryan from the finance team worked on my application to get me approved in the best possible terms. They are an amazing team. I am in love with my Rav 4, I cannot believe I have a vehicle that is this beautiful, efficient and reliable, plus warranty coverage for peace of mind. Even with my less than stellar credit, they treated me like a human being and not just a number. I have never had a car sales person really have what was in my best interest in mind before this, and I know that the team here was really looking for what would work for me. They didn't want to sell me something, just to make a sale, they wanted to make sure it was a good deal and an appropriate fit with a manageable payment. I cannot thank them enough!
