The service was excellent. However, I was there to get a state inspection and I asked that associate that I had a paper that said my inspection was supposed to be free. He looked confused and said he would check but never gave me an answer and I ended up paying for the inspection. Had I known it was going to cost me, I wouldn't have made the hour and a half drive to Scranton. That said, I thought the inspection was well done and the report was excellent. More

I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was advised that the service would take one hour. I sat for 3 1/2 hours with no update on the status of my vehicle. As an 80 year old man and loyal Toyota customer, I feel this is totally unacceptable. I have purchased 4 new vehicles from this dealership and this is how I am disrespected?
