I found the Exact Rav 4 online during an exhausting search. I left an email to this Dealership. Sylvia was very caring, patient and allowed me to Express myself. She never tried to convince me. She listened like a friend would do. She suggested that I send photos of my Honda. Once they were reviewed ,Sylvia called me back with a very fair offer. I drove 2.hr30 minutes to Scranton. I LOVED the RAV. SYLVIA was so easy to work with.
