Great Car They have more cars than Motorworld in Wilkes-Barre. They had the car I wanted and delivered it. The car would not start , 4 days later. The battery was dead. They replaced it but I had to go to Scranton to pick. It was been good since then. More

Sales department was very helpful, no complaints there. I purchased a used vehicle, cash with the pricetag of almost 14,000.00. A little disappointed at the condition of vehicle probably a little bit my I purchased a used vehicle, cash with the pricetag of almost 14,000.00. A little disappointed at the condition of vehicle probably a little bit my fault but condition coming from a dealer should have been better with acceptable standards. There was sand all underneath it by the tires, like someone drove it to the dealer right from a wet beach, despite new tires being put on. Guess they didnt see it? Had to go back a week later for a squeaky noise which felt like a suspension issue, they greased it and sent me on my way after sitting there for 2 hours waiting. I am still hearing rattles and squeaks, still sounds like a suspension issue. Maybe that is why I kept getting an extended warranty pushed on me. As for that, I was paying cash (they knew that) and driving an hour to get the vehicle. I didn't have enough on the certified check for the extra $2000.00 extended warranty. Finance guy said he called me the day before I was to get the vehicle but didnt leave a message because he doesn't like to. Not very professional in my opinion. I like my vehicle. It just seems like they really were trying to hurry up and sell it. More
