5000 Mile Checkup Staff was very friendly.. I was met at my car door by two employees in the Service Department. Within an hour they were finished and I was on my way. Staff was very friendly.. Since it was cheaper to go elsewhere for the inspection We had our final check-up under the Toyota Care program done and our inspection was also due. Since it was cheaper to go elsewhere for the inspection I did not inquire about it, but Alan Aimer asked about the inspection being due soon and I was honest and said I could get it cheaper somewhere else, so he offered to match the price and I was able to have it done while I was there. Great Customer Service, saved me another trip and very helpful. I'll be sure to think of Toyota as my service place of choice from now on , Thanks Alan! More
