Frame replacement It is my opinion everything went well. The staff was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and the length of time it may take. They ensured It is my opinion everything went well. The staff was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and the length of time it may take. They ensured I had a “loaner” as close to my truck while they went through the process. As a comparison, I drive a 02 Toyota Tundra SR5, the “loaner” I received was an 18 Toyota Tacoma SR5. The only difference was mine was a V8 and the “loaner” was a V6. There were only to restrictions on the truck while I had it, no off roading and no towing, both understandable. I was able to purchase and provide my own parts to help minimize the costs. I was give the part numbers and was able to compare them at a local dealer. Since the inspection was up at the end of the month, this was done for me as well, however, no call to confirm I wanted it done. I actually just had it to a local garage who was awaiting the repair to pass it. No big deal. There is one area of opportunity I would suggest, although it being a small one. When I received my truck back it had gone through the wash, however, the interior was not wiped down. There was some sort of the center consul to the point where I needed to wipe it down. Overall a very good experience, enough to the point where when it comes time to replace the truck, your lot will definitely be a place to visit.
