I signed all the forms then they showed us the bill. They told us the interest rate would be 1.99% and the bill showed 4.3%. They presented the forms backward. I would of opted out of the whole deal had I known the interest rate increased by 2.3%. More

This appointment they said the bumper adjustment causing the paint to wear is normal. They said the tires were “choppy” and that’s why I have a wobble in my truck. When asking what causes that they stated “usually that happens when the alignment is off”. I asked if the alignment was checked and they said “yes it is showing good”. So clearly another issue of not knowing what is causing the problem along with leaving here with the problem not fixed and then just trying to sell me tires. Even though the tires should be warranties through that warranty. More

I tried to schedule my appointment online and received an email from the dealership indicating that someone would call me to confirm an appointment time but no one called. I called the dealership a few days later to schedule an appointment, told the advisor of the botched e-mail scheduling experience (he was apologetic) and scheduled the appointment. Unfortunately, when I arrived for my appointment, the greeter showed me that my appointment wasn't on his schedule. He was very good about getting me in that day anyway but, when I showed him the text message confirmation of the appointment, he made it seem like I was making a big deal of the situation, which I wasn't. I only wanted him to pass the information to someone else to (hopefully) ensure that this would be corrected for future customers. 2. I specifically requested that the techs NOT move the driver's seat (this is because I have a herniated disc in my neck and it's hard to get the seat properly adjusted to keep my posture where it's most comfortable). Even though the tech acknowledged my request, when I picked up the car, I learned that someone had moved the seat to it's furthest rear and lowest position, which was a significant change from it's original setting. I find that type of inattentiveness to be extremely disappointing, to say the least. More
