Too busy I made an appointment weeks ago. Arrived with about 8 people ahead of me checking in. In the waiting area there were at least 25 people also waiting I I made an appointment weeks ago. The service that was supposed to take about 1 and 1/2 hours was probably closer to 4 hours. I was never offered a shuttle until my service was almost done. More
