Mostly a good experience. For the most part, my experience was a good one. I traded in a toyota tacoma with very low mileage for a jeep with a little more miles. I dealt with a salesman named AJ who was good and helpful. The finance people were excellent and friendly. The only negative is, the vehicle I purchased was supposed to come with a hard top and side steps. My wife is a little shorter and has a tough time getting in. Online it said it came with those items, and the sticker on the vehicle also said it came with them. Those items are pricey items that I will now have to buy myself because after I completed the sale they said those items must not have got traded in with the jeep. I thought it was a fair deal with those items added in. All in all, I would recommend toyota i suppose. More

My husband died 3 years ago and he always handled car matters. When I came to service out 2008 Rav and 2004 Corolla, I was unsure and scared. Back them, Joe treated me like family. I recently leased a 2018 Rav and I picked this place because I feel so relaxed and at ease in your waiting area: the chairs, TV and fireplace. Better than my home. Kevin took care of me in check in plus gave me updates along my stay. Jeff met me at driving up and we discussed buying a car. I want to but it would entail closing my lease and trading in my Corolla which I put $500 repairs in, and then I would buy a new car. So, it’s a matter of timing and the arrangement. I must emphasize that Jeff and Kevin as well as Chelsea treated me with pleasant, respectful, genuine attention. Your service department sells the cars. I could have gotten a Rogue lease cheaper but I wanted to come to your Service. That is it. More
