They have the most comfortable chairs to wait in, nice sized televisions, a beautiful fireplace, and a coffee and doughnut shop on site. What could be better? Last visit I watched a guy take off his shoes, get comfortable on a love seat, and proceed to talk on his phone, in another language. Not only was it humorous, it made my day. The biggest plus is, NOTHING was wrong with my vehicle, and the oil change was complimentary...I don't even want to take the shuttle to leave...lol...Thanks Toyota for a great experience. Keep up the good work. More
