Worst Experience of my Entire life Never plan to buy a car from here again. Salesmen were nothing but ignorant. Mine (Joe) almost made it seem like I was doing him an injustice by offer Never plan to buy a car from here again. Salesmen were nothing but ignorant. Mine (Joe) almost made it seem like I was doing him an injustice by offering to give him my business. Despite his ignorance, I bought the car (Not because of their service, but because I needed this vehicle) After going back to the dealer for the final sale, Joe would only come to greet me With his nose burrowed in his phone. Even when he came to get my insurance information it was hard to understand what he wanted because his FaceTime with his son was more important as he tried to communicate with my important information as well as his sons trip to xxxxx sporting goods. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. Because trust me, this is only the icing on the cake of what I went through with these terrible salesmen. More

i have to bring both my suv's back due to something missed both my rav's were brought in for reg service about 700 miles early the maintenance required button or whatever was not adjusted so now on both c both my rav's were brought in for reg service about 700 miles early the maintenance required button or whatever was not adjusted so now on both cars its always on since they have reached the actual mileage that service was supposed to be done I called and service said just bring it back in sure so i have to bring both cars 30 mile drive one way, kill two mornings because of a simple screw up NOT HAPPY More

The first two surveys I completed were unfavorable....and they were ignored, with no reply... (Obviously, whatever problems I had weren't worth addressing). So the strategy appears to be, if a customer is NOT satisfied with the service, just keep sending surveys! More
