30 day service for vehicle When I arrived for my appointment, I stood at the counter for approximately 10-12 minutes before being acknowledged by a service rep. There were two middle aged gentlemen behind the counter without any customers, obviously doing computer entry tasks. Nonetheless, they both knew I was standing right in front of them, and they both ignored me. I have been a paramedic for a very long time, and I am a supervisor in my organization. Customer service is everything. I hold coworkers to standards of conduct, and expect all people will be treated with respect and dignity. Ignoring a customer is not only callous, it is insulting to the customer as well. If I, the customer feel as though I am not worth the time to acknowledge, why should I continue to use this location or even recommend the brand to anyone? The only reason you were saved from a dismal rating is the rep who was professional, courteous and genuinely cared about the length of time I was there was Alyssa. Perhaps, the gentlemen would do well to learn from her example. I hope the atmosphere changes for the next visit. Had previously leased a cAR and just purchased a new one This is my third lease/purchase from this dealership and am a little discouraged with them. Had previously leased a cAR and just purchased a new one. I turned in a leaseparate in almost perfect condition and was given a price on a newer model. They told me the price covered everything except taxes. Not I'm getting charged "disposition " fees and $53.00 over mileage. I was told everything was covered. Other dealers offer to absorb these cost. I thought final price covered everything. Loosing my trust. More

I appreciated the TV screen with updates of my car. Done in less than 1 hour! I had a question with the car and radio. She went and sat in the car with me to help me figure out the radio. Went back to A.J.when we decided to look at a new car since he did greet us previously. Even though didn't car that day, went back to him because he didn't pressure us on buying and seemed knowledgeable about the type we wanted. Did go back to him to buy the car. Like that the dealership was able to work with insurance company, got faster service that way. Also was helpful that Mark explain features and got our phones programed for us. Manuals are not often very clear. Save some frustration on working new technology which we didn't have on our 10 year old car. Finance WA fine since we paid it in full and no pressure in buying protection, etc. packages, got to choose what we wanted. More

The general atmosphere was very comfortable -- no high-pressure sales talks. My salesman, Nick Bosque, was extremely competent and helpful in all aspects of the sale. Unlike another dealership that I had visited previously and where the salesman seemed uninterested in helping me or showing me any vehicles, Nick immediately arranged for a test drive and a quote on my trade-in vehicle. He and another employee, whose name I do not know, also were quite patient as I spent a great deal of time on the phone working out financing with my credit union. Another employee, Mark, whose last name I do not recall, also was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as he explained my new vehicle's features in great detail. Working with Mike May from finance also was very pleasant. All in all, my experience purchasing a new vehicle from Toyota of Scranton was very pleasant, and I would recommend the dealership. More
