The service I get at Toyota of Scranton is always first class. The salesman I bought the car from, Carl jenkins, was fair and honest. The dealings I have had with Mary Jo Y. always made me feel like I was an important customer when I went to your dealership. My only complaint has to do with my Avalon's coils going bad. I had 2 go bad within a year and had the others replaced before they went bad stranding me somewhere on the road. I contacted toyota regarding this...they said they knew of no problems with the coils. I opened up a claim with them at that time. I have since when on independent blogs citing the coils going bad on the Avalons often..starting at 40,000 miles and most going bad at 100,000 miles. I will be buying a new car in March/April of next year and the coils problems have me concerned. Concerned enough to be looking at Impalas, Tauras., Cadenzas and Azeras. I realize your dealership has nothing to do with that problem...it shoud be addressed by Toyota. Thank you, ALLAN FERDYN. More

I drove 2 hours from my house to buy a vehicle from Toyota from Scranton, the draw being they're involvement in the local community. The commitment they show should be commended. Once at the dealership I was amazed at how efficiently it"s run, from the staff that greeted me at the door all the way to the final paperwork. I first worked with Ashley, she did an amazing job getting things started for me and connecting me with my salesperson Teresa. Ashley also worked with the service department to get a hitch installed the day I picked up the vehicle so I would'nt have to drive the 2 hours back another day. Teresa did a great job with all the paper work as well as making sure that I was familiar with the vehicle I bought, she also helped me program my phone into the Blue tooth stereo. Toyota of Scranton is a great dealership with great employees and I would highly recommend them. More

I brought in my 2012 Tacoma for a 5000 mile oil change and was asked if I wanted to test drive a new vehicle, At 6'5" tall, I always felt the Tacoma was a bit small for me but an excellent running vehicle and was asked if I wanted to test drive a new vehicle, At 6'5" tall, I always felt the Tacoma was a bit small for me but an excellent running vehicle. Mr. Julio Garcia took me to the parking lot while my vehicle was being serviced and showed me a beautiful 2013 Tundra which I immediately fell in love with but felt I could not afford as I wanted to keep my payments around 255.00 a month which I was paying on my Tacoma. He offered me rebates off the sticker price and a good price for my trade in. With a small down payment, He showed me that my payments would be the same, and I was excited to be upgrading to a larger, better looking vehicle. He even helped me clean out my old truck and put my things in my new Tundra, I have had it 2 days now and it is the most beautiful vehicle I have ever owned and have already gotten many compliments. I would definitely send people I know to see Mr. Garcia because he was very kind and considerate and not at all pushy as many salespeople can sometimes be. My overall experience is an A-Plus.
