I love this dealership! I started out with Maria Giacobbe and she introduced me to Julio Garcia. He was awesome. He was friendly, professional and yet very warm. I had my 2 grandchildren with me and he was kind and caring to them, putting up with their constant chatter and expressed an interest in them. Well at 1st I got correspondence through the mail. It stated that I might save money on a new trade in. Jenna gave me good news through the internet chat and rose my interest,and set up an appointment. U stated that I might save money on a new trade in. He was straight up and knew my intentions after I explaned. I wanted to save money on my 2012 leased vehicle. George led me to a brand new Rav 4 which met my expectations. We never made it passed Toyota. The Highlander met all of our needs in a vehicle and your sales associate James Hazen sold your service and facility. There was no pressure to buy just a detailed explanation of what they had to offer and how they would stand behind the vehicle I was looking at. Your facility was state of the art and "comforting"---different from any place I have purchased a car from. It's been a week since I've bought the car. Normally when I purchase something expensive, I spent days stewing about whether I did the right thing. I can tell you that this time it was different.
