Our experience at Scranton Toyota surpassed our expectations. The people we met were friendly, informative and extremely knowledgable in their fields. We felt that we were in good hands right from our first phone conversation so by the time we met him a few hours later, we knew we had made a friend. Mark was up front with us the whole way, no battling or bickering with the price. That was truly appreciated. Mark introduced us to Angelo Barretta to sign the paperwork. Angelo, too was extremely knowledgable and helped us to understand the best warranty program for us to purchase. He was like a long lost friend! My husband and he shared many funny experiences about the acquaintances they both knew. We spent many hours that day at the dealership but we were made to feel like part of the family. Her email responses were prompt, friendly, and concise. When we first arrived, we were not sure which vehicle we were going to buy. I originally booked an internet appointment - which was not kept. Upon arriving, my appointment was forgotten and the sales person had left for the day.
