We had planned to spend last Saturday looking at and test driving the vehicles we had chosen starting at Gibbons and the explorer and working our way thru Toyota, Chevy, Nissan, GMC and Subaru. We never made it passed Toyota. The Highlander met all of our needs in a vehicle and your sales associate James Hazen sold your service and facility. There was no pressure to buy just a detailed explanation of what they had to offer and how they would stand behind the vehicle I was looking at. Your facility was state of the art and "comforting"---different from any place I have purchased a car from. It's been a week since I've bought the car. Normally when I purchase something expensive, I spent days stewing about whether I did the right thing. I can tell you that this time it was different. I have no regrets and I look forward to dealing with Toyota for many years to come. I hope that my future dealings with Toyota will be as perfect as my first one! Thank you More

We felt that we were in good hands right from our first phone conversation so by the time we met him a few hours later, we knew we had made a friend. Angelo, too was extremely knowledgable and helped us to understand the best warranty program for us to purchase. He was like a long lost friend! Jeff Mericle was very patient with my wife and I and I really appreciated that. He is the kind of salesperson I would want on my team at FedEx. He was very informative and expressive when asked a question. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with him. I also appreciated all of the updates received from Amanda Tucker letting me know what was happening at Scranton Toyota while I was deciding for weeks on what I was going to do. Her email responses were prompt, friendly, and concise. When we first arrived, we were not sure which vehicle we were going to buy. Joe Ross led us in the right direction from the beginning, having an awesome feel of what would be a great fit for my family....he was right on the money with the Highlander. I really appreciate the time he spent with us, knowing he was trying to steer a busy showroom and his entire team at the same time...the epitome of a leader in business.
