I had bought my new 2008 Prius at Scranton Toyota and the experience (both with the dealership and the car) was excellent. Therefore when it was time for a new car I decided to shop Toyota Scranton again, a experience (both with the dealership and the car) was excellent. Therefore when it was time for a new car I decided to shop Toyota Scranton again, and I did purchase a new 2012 Prius on 3/1/2013. I contacted the dealership via email/internet to see what was available. Dough Stahl called me on Thursday 2/28 and told me what he had on hand, so I made a date to visit the dealership on 3/1, met Doug and worked with Teresa; and we completed the sale that day. It is a real nice convenience that you can pick out, price, and take delivery of a car same day, instead of multiple trips/ visits haggling and dealing with licensing/title/paperwork and Dealer Prep of vehicle. All this was handled in about half a day! Nice work, nice car! More

Unfortunately, we all have to replace our vehicles periodically. Besides "sticker shock", which is inevitable, it can sometimes be a frustrating experience. We found Teresa and Amanda to be straightforward -- no "games", and certainly no pressure. Teresa answered our questions directly, without any attempt to evade, or distract us from, issues of potential concern. We feel the pricing was fair -- substantially better than the first (competing) dealer that we visited, primarily attributable to a better allowance on our trade-in. The dealership has a tremendous inventory to choose from. Our vehicle was nicely prepped for delivery and Teresa patiently walked us through the layout of controls (which differ considerably from the vehicle we traded in). Overall, it was a pleasant experience (if buying a vehicle is ever "pleasant"). We will most likely return in the future when the inevitable "replacement" is necessary. More

Mark and Jenna were beyond great to us. Took the time to show us all of our options and worked with us in our price range. We went to other dealerships and did not get the great treatment or attention that show us all of our options and worked with us in our price range. They made us life long customers and we will go back to them for anything we may need in he future. I am in customer service and these two were great. I was researching online to purchase a used car, but knew that i wanted a reliable car. as i know my parents have both purchased cars through Toyota of Scranton i was researching online and upon requesting i that i wanted a reliable car. as i know my parents have both purchased cars through Toyota of Scranton i was researching online and upon requesting information Sue was quick to email and call me with regard to a Corolla that i was looking at. she was very helpful in finding a car that was in my price range as well as what i was looking for, she even helped to set me up with a sales professional, Taryn. Taryn was awesome. she answered all of my questions and when i stopped in at the last minute, she was ready and had the car i was looking at available for a test drive. Taryn helped me through the finance routine and was always calling me to keep me up to date on how the financing was going. when it came time for me to come in and pick up the car, she went out of her way to show the car to my father and to make me feel comfortable while I was waiting for Chris to go through the paperwork with me. Chris was also very helpful and very friendly. he went through all of the paperwork with me and answered all questions i had. Taryn was even kind enough to call me a few days after my purchase to see how everything was going with my new car. I was quite surprised as i have never had a follow up call after purchasing a car!! Overall i was very happy with my experience at Toyota of Scranton and I look forward to having my car serviced there and when the time comes to trade in for a new car, i will definitely be coming back to Toyota of Scranton of course with Taryn's help!
