Terrible We went in for routine oil changes and tire rotations on our 2 vehicles and waited 2 hours, which was fine, I was asked if I wanted my alignment fixed We went in for routine oil changes and tire rotations on our 2 vehicles and waited 2 hours, which was fine, I was asked if I wanted my alignment fixed, which didn't happen because they said they didn't have enough time and I'd have to bring it back. We were notified that the lug bolt broke on one of our vehicles, during the tire rotation. We could not take the car home as they needed to order the part. We were promised the vehicle back before Monday morning so my husband could get to work. Not only was the vehicle ready, but the person who promised the vehicle was not even there that day. No one called us until 3:30 that day. My husband had to call off work and lose a day's pay. When we picked up the vehicle, it didn't start and someone had to come out and take a look. A few days later, my husband was driving home from work on the highway, when his wheel fell off. The tow company told him it was more than likely that the bolts were not tightened properly. When I called Toyota to explain how extremely upset and what a dangerous situation he was put into, I was told they would look into it. It has been 2 months and I haven't heard a thing from them. Needless to say, we will never be returning for service after 11 years of being loyal customers. More

At 1st I wasn't sure when I dropped my 2009 Tacoma off for recall other work I wanted done. I was assigned an advisor and we talked for a day or two before COVID19 virus hit. Toyota Scranton loaned me a s for recall other work I wanted done. I was assigned an advisor and we talked for a day or two before COVID19 virus hit. Toyota Scranton loaned me a sweet 2019 Tocoma. A week went by and no word from them. I stopped in and the explained. Turns out the tech assigned to my truck got sick. The 1st impression wasn't ideal but when another tech picked up the ball he changed the game taking care of everything my truck and I needed and went above and beyond any of my expectations. The rest of the Toyota Scranton team did ad well. My truck is like new and my cost was very reasonable. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience when all was complete. Great job Toyota Scranton. Well done. I'll be looking forward to next time. Thanks again. More
Was told car was completely gone over before being sold. Steering column would not stay up and was told by salesman that was normal. After taking for service was told there were 2 things wrong but they were Steering column would not stay up and was told by salesman that was normal. Inspection was done on my truck. They stated the tires should be rotated to which I agreed. I picked up my truck and there was a noise that I’ve never heard before. I called the next day and they stated t should be rotated to which I agreed. I picked up my truck and there was a noise that I’ve never heard before. I called the next day and they stated to bring it back down. I brought it back and sat for over an hour for the staff to say there was no noise that it is the tires. The noise still continues. It is not the tires. The truck is a 2018 with 15k miles on it. I won’t be bringing any of my vehicles back to Toyota for maintenance. More
