Annoying I scheduled my appointment to get my airbags changed do to a recall. You get text before during and after the appointments. You get emails verifying y I scheduled my appointment to get my airbags changed do to a recall. You get text before during and after the appointments. You get emails verifying your appointment. I got three in one week. As soon as I signed in with my vehicle, I ended up getting a text saying that if I have any questions to text this guy during the day. I get emails after the appointment by the service manager asking how they did. You get emails from the president of Toyota of Scranton asking you how they did. This isn't good customer service, this is just plain annoying. More
