Worst experience Let me start out by saying that Tiffany and Stephanie were GREAT. Other than them, there were many mistakes and missteps made along the way with my service. There was a deductible I wasn't told about until after the service was done. The antenna to my car was never plugged back in- I had to go back into the dealership to request that the job be completed. The mechanic looked at me like I had two heads and had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned this. I had to request a car wash twice even though I was previously told it comes with every service. Overall, I was just very disappointed with the entire experience- aside from Tiffany and Stephanie. More
