Displeased The 5,000 service was completed as stated. However, I wouldn't call placing air fresheners inside the car "ionizing and detailing it". After removin The 5,000 service was completed as stated. However, I wouldn't call placing air fresheners inside the car "ionizing and detailing it". After removing the air fresheners from my cup holders, the car smells the same as it did when I dropped it off. My interior was not touched by your team since my mats and dash were in the same condition as when I dropped it off. Upon my arrival I was informed my car was still back in detail, however nothing was different. Therefore, that tells me my car was parked there after the 5,000 service was completed and never touched. I am very displeased with my recent visit. More

Very Professional workers It seems that the dealership works like a well oiled machine. We had just an oil change and tire rotation but I did ask if the service representative It seems that the dealership works like a well oiled machine. We had just an oil change and tire rotation but I did ask if the service representative if they wash the cars as a complimentary or pay service. He said they wash all cars that come in for service as a complimentary service. We left with the complimentary service not completed. I didn’t complain, maybe next time I’ll get one. More

Tacoma Blower Housing Recall The service department here is awesome! Originally I was told this could only be done on a weekday due to staffing, I explained that I couldn’t schedu The service department here is awesome! Originally I was told this could only be done on a weekday due to staffing, I explained that I couldn’t schedule during the week, so they took me in on a Saturday. Repair took about an hour, no problem. They even washed the truck before they returned it to me. Great experience! More
