No problems. In and out in about hour. Went in for pre-scheduled 35,000 mile maint. No issues or problems to report. Enjoyed a coffee during the wait. Truck was washed upon completion. There were two middle aged gentlemen behind the counter without any customers, obviously doing computer entry tasks. Nonetheless, they both knew I was standing right in front of them, and they both ignored me. I have been a paramedic for a very long time, and I am a supervisor in my organization. Customer service is everything. I hold coworkers to standards of conduct, and expect all people will be treated with respect and dignity. Ignoring a customer is not only callous, it is insulting to the customer as well. If I, the customer feel as though I am not worth the time to acknowledge, why should I continue to use this location or even recommend the brand to anyone? The only reason you were saved from a dismal rating is the rep who was professional, courteous and genuinely cared about the length of time I was there was Alyssa. Perhaps, the gentlemen would do well to learn from her example. I hope the atmosphere changes for the next visit.
