Enjoyable experiecne in car buying. I am a long time Toyota customer. This was my first purchase here. I wanted to compare their prices, I had been looking at used, and new 4 wheel driv I am a long time Toyota customer. This was my first purchase here. I wanted to compare their prices, I had been looking at used, and new 4 wheel drives, trucks and suv's for the past 3 months. I often need 4 wheel drive to get to my work in Corrections, in a 24/7 facility, you have to be there. I had compared Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, Kia and Nissan, and was pretty well set on Toyota or Nissan, as I have had 3 Toyotas, and 2 Nissans, with exceptional service out of each. After looking over the lot, driving different vehicles, we finally decided on the Rav 4, certified vehicle, with 5700 miles, as new as a used car can get. The only down side to my whole experience, was 4 and 1/2 hours to make the deal, get approval, but you were extremely helpful in making us a better deal than we asked for, which negates any negativity. I will recommend your dealership, and Jeff Hall without a moments hesitation. It turns out Jeff has sold cars to several of my friends. As a side note, last Toyota 4x4 pickup I recently sold, 1986 model, had a416,000 miles, original engine, ran like a top with routine upkeep! Still running today! M y 2000 Tundra, has 245,000, runs as good as the day we bought it! More

I recently purchased a New 2016 Toyota Rav4 from Toyota of Somerset as I wanted to trade in my 2010 Rav4 to simply experience a new version of the Rav I recently purchased a New 2016 Toyota Rav4 from Toyota of Somerset as I wanted to trade in my 2010 Rav4 to simply experience a new version of the Rav4. I emailed Toyota to inquire about the new 2016 Rav4 and it was Isaac who answered the email. With this it became more and more I was asking more questions and within the coming weekend I was test driving a new 2016 rav4. Isaac assisted in every way possible and not only was he very informational, he went beyond in his service and made sure to answer all questions and ease any doubts or concerns, even showing other options in case another didn't work.
