Even though I wanted the car, Amy applied way too much pressure the entire time. I know that she's a sales rep, but it was an actually terrible experience working with her. no room to actually think about pressure the entire time. I know that she's a sales rep, but it was an actually terrible experience working with her. no room to actually think about the purchase or to be honest with how her commission worked so I could try to be fair so that we both win because she wouldn't stop talking. really disappointed. definitely not going here again if this is the way sales reps are trained work with customers. on the other hand, The financing process with Cristian was pleasant and relaxed. didn't rush me and was patient and knowledgeable with every question I asked. Again, the car was great and what I was looking for, but the sales process left a bad enough taste in my mouth to where I'm never going to TOTB again. More
