As a customer just do your homework and know ahead of time what services have been done to your car in the past by other dealerships. My car is a 2018 RAV4 Hybrid with really low mileage less than 25K. My service technician mentioned I would need the 94 month service and then explained some other services needed and why. Yes they were needed in addition to those I had expected. I brought a book to read and waited for service to be completed. This was my second visit to this very friendly dealership. I highly recommend Toyota of Tampa Bay as a dealer to service your car. Each visit was a great experience. Thank you very much. More
