This is the 1st time I have been unhappy. First, a girl tried to get me to have my windshield replaced when it only needs a slight repair. my car had 2800 miles but I was advised that it needed the 5000 mile service. I made an appointment for 10 AM. Upon arrival, I was advised that very little needed to be done, it could almost be done in th the 5000 mile service. I made an appointment for 10 AM. Upon arrival, I was advised that very little needed to be done, it could almost be done in the service lane. I was at the dealership for well over two hours as apparently, the service department was running at least an hour behind. I was not advised of this nor was I given the opportunity to reschedule. I came from work and was attempting to work at the dealership while I waited, which was nearly impossible due to the volume of the music being played everywhere. There is no quiet area to wait. Also, since apparently not enough service needed to be performed, I was told I needed all new wiper blades, at 2800 miles. Overall, I was dissatisfied with the service department and my experience there. More
