You kept my SUV that was a recall for a back ordered part. I was give several different dates that the part would be there. Last date they told me May. Meanwhile you have my Grand Highlander Limited and part. I was give several different dates that the part would be there. Last date they told me May. Meanwhile you have my Grand Highlander Limited and you give me a Camry to drive. After multiple calls and complaints trying to get the Regional Management, all the sudden the part was in and my SUV is in and repaired and ready to be picked up. I pick up my car and it’s filthy dirty from sitting there and they couldn’t even wash it before giving it back to me. I feel I’ve been given the worst customer service for buying a brand new vehicle from Toyota Tampa Bay. More
Title: Ongoing Tire Wear Issue and Delayed Follow-Up Review: We have been trying to resolve an issue with our 2025 TRD Pro with the service department at Toyota of Tampa Bay since Januar Follow-Up Review: We have been trying to resolve an issue with our 2025 TRD Pro with the service department at Toyota of Tampa Bay since January. On January 31, 2026 the vehicle was brought in for the 20,000-mile service. Shortly after that visit we had to return again for additional issues, including an oil leak and a loose skid plate that had been left improperly secured after service. Around 5,000 miles we had already begun noticing abnormal outer-edge wear on the tires and mentioned this during service visits. On February 2 and February 5 we were informed that a warranty case would be submitted regarding the tire wear. However, when we contacted Toyota Customer Care on February 27 we were told that no warranty case had been submitted at that time, and a corporate case number was opened. Recently, at approximately 22,000 miles, one of the tires failed after hitting a pothole. All four tires show the same outer shoulder wear pattern. After all of these events, the dealership’s proposed resolution was to replace two tires while asking us to replace the other two ourselves. We have tried to address this situation patiently and professionally since January, including contacting the dealership directly and opening a case with Toyota Customer Experience. Dealership leadership also indicated publicly that they were reviewing the situation. Our goal is simply to have the vehicle properly inspected, including the alignment, and to resolve the underlying cause of the tire wear so the problem does not continue with new tires. We hope dealership leadership will review the full timeline and help reach a fair resolution. More
