Because I was not interested in buying a car TODAY ( I mean AT THIS VERY MOMENT) he did not help the guy help me get a quote on my car or a new car. For that, I would never return here to purchase a car. Next time, I would actually let people know to say you are going to buy a car in the next 30 minutes (when in fact you are looking) just to get help. That is poor sales. More

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Yesterday I spoke with Gio via text inquiring about a certain vehicle that they had. Long story short, he told me what the payment would be as long as I had a certain credit score, which I do. I just had to make the drive to make sure I loved the car and the deal was done. I even offered to put a deposit down so they could hold it until I got there. I had a scheduled appt today that Tiffany made for me via a phone call yesterday. When I was on the phone with her I even confirmed that the price wouldn't change because I didn't want to make the drive if it wasn't for the said price. She agreed that it was. I get there for my appointment and the car isn't ready and it literally took them 20 mins just to find the keys and get it pulled up for the test drive. Sure ok, I didn't mind, I just was really excited to see the car. Test drove it, loved it, came back inside to finish the deal. Andres was the salesman that contacted me an hour prior to my appointment to let me know he was assisting Gio. So I give him more info and he leaves and comes back with the sheet with all the payment info. I was like "no no the numbers were already all discussed and agreed upon in the text yesterday" He said that was not him so he'll see what he can do. WHAT???!!! He went back and got a manager and brought him over to say that he doesn't know what the salesman was thinking with those numbers. At this point, I'm pretty mad because I was very clear with them prior to coming here that I get the cost up front done so I know it wasn't going to be a waste going there. I showed the manager the entire text thread and he was taking notes off of it and then instructed the salesman to take pictures of it and show it to the boss so he can see what the salespeople are telling their customers. So they would do nothing to honor the deal that was made and their only consolation was to fill my tank back up for the "inconvenience". So most of my day completed wasted on just lies from them, and disappointed to top it off that I didn't get the car I wanted and was ready to purchase. Very disgusted and disappointed with this experience! More
Title: Issue Resolved After Management Intervention Review: We have been working with the service department at Toyota of Tampa Bay since January regarding abnormal tire wear on our Intervention Review: We have been working with the service department at Toyota of Tampa Bay since January regarding abnormal tire wear on our 2025 TRD Pro. Although the process initially involved multiple visits, delays, and follow-ups, dealership leadership ultimately stepped in to review the situation and provide a resolution. During our most recent visit, we experienced a long wait at the dealership; however, after bringing it to their attention, the team responded professionally and took corrective action. We were provided with a rental vehicle at no cost, and the vehicle was completed as promised the following day. All four tires were replaced, an alignment was performed, and the full cost of the repair, including installation, was covered. We would like to recognize Key-Onna for going above and beyond to assist us, as well as John Mendonca and Gregg Willard for stepping in and ensuring the issue was resolved properly. While the experience was challenging at first, we appreciate the effort made by management and the team to make things right. More

I always get upsold so this most recent time I came in already having checked the things I was told I “absolutely needed” during my previous service and just couldn’t afford to do. I came in and was told I needed break fluid with my service. Under the impression fluid top offs were included, I agreed. When asked about my total the service advisor explained I needed an exchange every 30,000 miles (I was 5,000 early for this service regardless) and when this service was denied, it seemed like he was annoyed and suddenly no longer wanted to be as helpful. In my call to tell me my car was ready, I wasn’t offered the free wash which I understand isn’t the end of the world, but when I know it’s supposed to be offered as part of my service, it’s even more annoying after seeing how different my experience getting service is when I have someone with me. Ordinarily, I have a pleasant time even if I’m being pressured to buy things I don’t necessarily need. This visit was so jarring in how different I was treated I considered just going to Ford for my service. This dealer is supposed to be better than Gettel. The only thing that improved my visit was the great woman who checked me out because my original advisor wasn’t around to take care of it. I will be sticking to her now on. More
