Well, I can honestly say that the Service Dept representative that I dealt with a gentleman named Derek Howard was most helpful and I will give him extra credit for giving me a real time estimate representative that I dealt with a gentleman named Derek Howard was most helpful and I will give him extra credit for giving me a real time estimate as far as when I could expect my car to be completed.
