Needed to buy a new truck for work asap due to a long road trip ahead. Truck is of good quality though the tires were shined up to hide dry rot and they will need replacing in the immediate future. One new tire and 3 extremely worn tires make for a rough ride. Truck drove good in test run but on highway seemed to need alignment. Not the worst car buying exp I’ve had but defiantly not the best. Got hosed on my paid off trade in, financing was defiantly more of a hassle than expected even after being pre approved and having a 55k allowance. Finance manager was very friendly and helpful. Mohamad was a nice and low pressure sales man who let me choose the truck I wanted and did not try to steer me into an unwanted deal. Back office management defiantly is shady and obviously not in the customers best interest as myself and multiple customers where left to wait for less than favorable offers and quotes leaving the typical used car sales stereotype for sure. Service is usually okay however everytime something is done with my tires like a rotation I lose a hubcap this has happen on mulitple occassions. I have purchased 2 sets of hubcaps thus far. Luckly the su done with my tires like a rotation I lose a hubcap this has happen on mulitple occassions. I have purchased 2 sets of hubcaps thus far.
