I have consistently felt that every aspect of the service attention I get especially the guidance of my technician Norman Vassar is truly exceptional! It's ironic that some people don't feel they can use their dealers that it will be too expensive when it comes to service. They probably don't have a history and don't really have a relationship with the staff. This is where trust is developed and having years of knowing the people who attend you on staff. I moved many years ago from Stadium to Tampa Bay of Toyota and Norman has made it possible for me to have that complete trust. When I have purchased a new vehicle with Tampa Bay of Toyota I've always been attended by Micki I remember when I bought my RAV4 I was thinking more of just getting another Corolla but Micki and my service man saw what bad arthritis I have and explain to me in a higher writing vehicle I could get in and out much more comfortably.
