We went in for an oil change, with an appointment scheduled. After 1.5 hours hey they completed the work and just let my husband just wait for over 30 minutes because they say they were waiting on ap scheduled. After 1.5 hours hey they completed the work and just let my husband just wait for over 30 minutes because they say they were waiting on approval or denial for additional services - but nobody talked to him about it! It is completely ridiculous for an oil change to take over 2 hours. We have had service at several Tampa area Toyota dealerships (whatever is convenient to errands we're running), and none of them have been this disrespectful of our time. More

We were lied to about a warranty package that was purchased. Told rims were covered if scratched. When we attempted to get them fixed we were told no, had to be manufacturer rims. They were the same rims from when we purchased the car. Difficult to get anyone to give us a straight answer. Multiple calls/texts. Multiple promises with no results. Dissatisfied to say the lease. Would not ever purchase a car with them again. Deceptive practices during finance as well. Told me I had to get a certain warranty/it was Florida law. I called them out on that but warranty was still added. More
