Toyota on Fletcher has been my dealership for over 15 years. To start with my vehicle advisor Norman Vassel. With a simple phone call he gave me while my daughter took her princess corrolla in the shop years. To start with my vehicle advisor Norman Vassel. You see I trust Norman he never disappoints . the sales person will aim advised my daughter of a deal a 2025 Corrolla. The 2013 Corrolla is in my name and so I had to be involved. I was content with his service how ever Jeff i believe is his name. All I know he was in the hospitality business in is past Jeff went with us for the test drive and he was cordial and informative about the features of the vehicle. We did notice a dents on the right passenger door along with a little rust. Jeff took pictures and informed us we can take care of that. Now our financial guy name was Edgar. I delt with him in the past bc I sent my dad there and I spoke to Edgar who was a sales agent back then as he sold my dad his truck. Edgar took care of my daughters paperwork work quick and efficiently. Very informative. So far again no disappointment!! Thank you Toyota More

I recently visited this Toyota dealership looking for a reliable used car for my daughter. I had already identified a specific vehicle I was interested in, but the salesperson assigned to us repeatedly ste reliable used car for my daughter. I had already identified a specific vehicle I was interested in, but the salesperson assigned to us repeatedly steered us toward other options. This was frustrating, as it felt like our expectations and preferences weren’t being fully heard. Although we ultimately left with a car that meets our basic needs, the overall experience was less than ideal. During the negotiation process, there was a lot of back-and-forth, even after I clearly stated that I intended to finance through my own bank due to a better interest rate. Despite this, my credit was still run through the dealership’s lenders without my consent, which was disappointing. When we moved into the finance portion, GAP insurance was presented as an option, and adding it pushed our monthly payment beyond our intended budget. I’ll take responsibility here—I agreed to it because I was exhausted after spending several hours at the dealership. The next day, after reviewing everything more carefully, I returned to cancel the GAP coverage. I was told that I couldn’t cancel it until after making the first payment. However, after reviewing the GAP addendum in my contract, I found information that seems to contradict that statement, which added to my frustration. I did stop by again to provide my insurance information and asked once more about canceling the GAP, but I received the same response without further clarification. Once the deal was completed, it felt like customer service significantly declined, which only added to the negative impression. Overall, while we did end up with a suitable vehicle, the experience highlighted issues with communication, transparency, and respect for customer preferences. More
