My first visit to a dealership in 50 years. So, the last time I set foot in a car dealership was when I bought my Volkswagen beetle in 1969! Since then, I've owned a bunch of cars mostly bought from friends or on craigslist including a Sienna that's been great. Anyone who reads Consumer Reports knows that Toyota consistently beats all other brands in reliability and longevity. By a mile. So, I decided to buy a used Camry, After not getting any satisfaction from various private owner listings I ended up at Tampa Bay where Edwin Andino and Martin Koehler made me a deal on a really nice 2012 Camry SE. Edwin was great, as was John DePew in the service dept. who took care of a little problem that cropped up a few days later. I'm very pleased with my "new" Toyota, and looking forward to seeing these guys again when I go back for an oil change. I'd wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and, of course, Toyotas in general. Thanks to all at TTB! More

I've been highly disappointed with the service of Edwin Andino and Martin Koeler. They provided great service when they sold me my car but have treated me with much less respect and importance now that I a Andino and Martin Koeler. They provided great service when they sold me my car but have treated me with much less respect and importance now that I am in need to use the maintenance package for my car because it needs an oil change. Also, when I tried to schedule a service request I was told that my car is not in the system and that I would have to pay for the service eventhough I am paying for a gap insurance already. Now my drivers side door is not reaponding to the siganl of my beeper, it can open the other doors but I have to lock my drivers side manually and the back door that is supposed to lift at the touch of a button it doesnt do it anymore. So in other words, there are things that are happening to my car that are covered under the gap insurance that they offer but I cant take advantage of this because Edwin and Martin did not follow through on their promises of providing the same great service that they started with. Also, the car came with a 1 year maintenance service of oil change and tire rotation which I cant use either because my car is not recorded in the system to have that package. I feel highly taken advantage of and my worst fear of buying a car is a reality. I am extremely disappointed. More
