Best Salesman yet I was very impressed by Christian Colon, which is why I bought from a dealership so far from my home (a 55 min drive!). He was patient, courteous, and I was very impressed by Christian Colon, which is why I bought from a dealership so far from my home (a 55 min drive!). He was patient, courteous, and respectful of my preferences. He actually found the exact car I wanted, not only in terms of model and features but also the color combo, which is not standard. We had numerous interactions over the course of a couple weeks, and he always seemed to have time for me. When the car was ready, and we showed up, he was welcoming and delightful. We ran into a glitch when the third party vendor who took the car to put on a trailer hitch took 5 hours for a job they had TOLD us (both Christian and me) would take 2 hours. He stayed on them, and kept me in the loop, and despite my spending my entire day at the dealership, it turned out to be mostly a good experience. Others at the dealership did approach me periodically if I was not with Christian, to make sure I was being helped. So they all seem to have a good, customer-oriented attitude. Without going into gorey details, when a couple other issues came up (nothing with the car itself), Christian stepped up and in my opinion went over and above reasonable expectations to be helpful and ensure that I got my car, got it home that day, and was a happy customer. I remain a happy customer! I would recommend this dealer generally and would recommend Christian in particular, without reservation. More

Last August of 2018, my partner purchased a beautiful, new Tacoma pickup truck from Toyota of Tampa Bay At that time, we had the privilege of having Last August of 2018, my partner purchased a beautiful, new Tacoma pickup truck from Toyota of Tampa Bay At that time, we had the privilege of having Dino Ricci as our Sales Specialist at the dealership. Jump forward 1 year and I found myself as the victim of a car crash and the owner of a totaled vehicle. I was not a happy camper by any means!! After a week of exhaustion and lost hope looking for a nice, clean used car to no avail, I asked my partner to call Dino. One hour later, we were met by Dino at the Toyota dealership and our previously painful car experience unexpectedly took a turn for the be best. Like the year before. Dion researched the dealership's car inventory and found a lovely 2008 car with a great price and low mileage. Needless to say, I was thrilled but now surprised by Dino's determination, tenacity and due diligence in finding me the best vehicle for my budget!! The only thing I deeply regret is that I didn't call Dino a week earlier. Take my word folks, Dino and his team at Toyota of Tampa Bay are top-notch, knowledgeable, car specialist who really go out on a limb for their customers. P.S. The dealership's cafe also has one of the Best Cuban sandwiches in the Tampa area!! More
