I made an appt for 10:30 am. What's the point of making an appt if i waited almost 3 hours. Also the minute I drove up a high preassure Salesman came to my window. I thought he was my tech and I proceeded to tell him about my concerns after wasting my time. He said wanted to put me in aHybrid. What? If I wanted a high preassure salesman I would have walked into the sales department and not the service center. I was very disappointed with my visit. Btw your employee turn over is awful everytime I go in for service there is a different person you can never create a relationship with any one tech. . More

There was some confusion in my original paperwork that caused a lot of stress, but once management got involved, they handled it quickly and professionally. They worked with me to correct the contract and make sure everything matched what was agreed upon — and they treated me with respect through the process. Mistakes happen, but how a dealership responds to fix them says everything, and they absolutely followed through. Appreciate everyone’s help and patience getting it resolved. More
